By accessing or using ChatJy's website, software products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ChatJy Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. provides website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, SEO, and enterprise software solutions. The scope, timeline and pricing of each project is governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between ChatJy and the client.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Standard terms require 50% advance before project commencement and the remaining balance upon project completion. All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Late payments may attract an interest charge of 2% per month.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom code and deliverables created specifically for their project. ChatJy retains ownership of pre-existing frameworks, libraries, tools and proprietary components. We reserve the right to add completed projects to our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, business data or trade secrets shared during the engagement. This obligation continues for 3 years after project completion.
ChatJy warrants that all services will be performed with professional skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as revenue growth, search rankings or app downloads. Our liability in any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Kerala. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
ChatJy reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
